Look back on your life

I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. I will consider your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds. Psalm 77:11-12

There are times in our lives when we feel as if the Lord has abandoned us. We feel as if the Lord is absent. These can be rough times for anyone. However this should be a time of reflection. As we seek the Lord he will bring to our minds of his faithfulness toward his children. It is a great exercise to look back on your life and pin point times and events where the Lord stepped in and saved you. We will realize that the Lord had no obligation to get involved the way he did. He wanted to step in to help because of how much he loves us. Take some time today to reflect on 3-5 ways in which the Lord stepped in and changed your life. How did him getting involved change your life? What would have resulted if he didn't step in? I encourage you to write down these times so that you can remind yourself regularly of his faithfulness towards you. Have a great day. Love ya.
