No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:11

We are called to endure hardship as discipline. The hardship or struggle gives us an opportunity to do what we know to be right. If we fail in the struggle, we will search for the correct way to handle that particular situation because we do not want the pain of choosing incorrectly. As we learn and grow through the hardship we are being disciplined and trained to choose God’s wisdom. The Lord teaches us to be prudent, to think before we act. We can be thankful for the struggle if we learn to handle it with wisdom because the results can be a harvest of peace and righteousness. May we see discipline as an opportunity to change for the better. #timetochange #lifeundertheson
