2 Ears 1 Mouth

Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions. Proverbs 18:2

Do you ever find yourself in a conversation waiting for the other person to be done speaking so that you can share your thoughts on the topic? As Christians and people of wisdom, we are called to genuinely listen to the hearts of others. If you want to value others around you let them speak. Give them an opportunity to share their experiences. By doing so you will be able to get to know others in a more intimate way. You may even learn something that will help you mature as a person. Listening to others will give you the insight and permission to speak God’s truth into their lives. May we not be foolish airing our own opinions but listen to others and humbly speak God’s truth as he directs us in conversation. #timetochange #lifeundertheson
