Family leader!

And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” Genesis 2:16-17

God gave the instruction to the man. This was before Eve was made. The man (Adam) was to teach the instructions to his wife and family. When Adam and Eve disobeyed the Lord by eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, God approached the leader of the family, Adam. How can we apply this for today? The man is responsible for his family. He is called to teach his family the instructions of the Lord and to lead them into the ways of righteousness. A family is designed a certain way. The man is the leader and holds the responsibility of making sure that the family's attention is on the Lord. May the men be the leaders that God has called them to be. #timetochange #lifeundertheson
