Free from sin!!

But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. Romans 6:22

Before I was born again, the Bible says that I was a slave to sin. Sin is the master and I can't help but to do what the master says. I wanted to sin. I planned on sinning days, weeks and even months out. I was living in sin and rebellion. When I turned from sin and put my trust in Christ I was born again. I was no longer a slave to sin but now a slave to righteousness. Now I want to do what is right before God. Because Christ dealt with sin on the Cross, I am set free from sin. I don't have to sin anymore. Now that I am born of God I can live a holy lifestyle that honors God and blesses others. If you are born again you are a new creation. You are called to live a holy lifestyle apart from sin. We can live this way when we follow Christ. #timetochange#lifeundertheson
